- King Booker & Queen Sharmell came out to the stage and sat on the royal thrown to watch the match..

- Chavo Guerrero asked Rey Mysterio about his offer to go to ECW and said that he supports him either way..
- Rey thanked Chavo for his support and asked him if he would reconsider his retirement and come back..
- Chavo Guerrero said he quit and retired and he's never going to wrestle ever again..
- Rey Mysterio said it was in their blood and wrestling was their life..
IN THE RING: Michael Cole + Tazz + Paul Heyman + Rey Mysterio..
- Michael Cole talked about Paul Heyman offering a spot in the new ECW to World Champion Rey Mysterio..
- Tazz then said he would choke out Jerry Lawler at ONS and quit Smackdown! to "go back home" to ECW..
- Paul Heyman met Tazz in the entrance and they hugged and Heyman told Tazz "you'll never regrete it"..
- Paul Heyman then went to the ring and asked Michael Cole to exit so he could introduce Rey Mysterio..
- Rey Mysterio came out and said ECW gave him his first opportunity in America but SD! has been his home..
- Rey Mysterio said he would stay with Smackdown! and Paul Heyman said he respected him for the decision..
- Paul Heyman also added "Best of luck tonight, too, because I think you're gonna need it........"
NON (WORLD) TITLE MATCH: Fit Finlay def World Champion Rey Mysterio..
- A few minutes into the match, Rey Mysterio was dragged until the ring by Finlay's mysterious Lumberjack..
- Fit Finlay pulled Rey Mysterio back out and grabbed the Leprecaun and pushed him back under the ring..
- Sabu showed up and interfered, causing Rey Mysterio to be distracted allowing Finlay to win the match!
- Sabu then set Rey Mysterio on a Table on the floor and did a triple-jump leg-drop through the Table!!!
